Monday, January 26, 2026: All DDSB Schools & Childcare Sites Closed

All Durham District School Board schools and work sites will be closed to students and staff on Monday, January 26, 2026. 

This system-wide decision has been made due to the winter storm, significant snowfall forecasted to continue through the evening, and the anticipated storm aftermath, including snow clearing across communities. 

All school-based childcare programs, including before- and after-school care, will be cancelled. 

We appreciate your flexibility and understanding as we prioritize the safety of students, staff, and families. Further updates will be shared as needed.
